The film tells the remarkable true story of Sir Nicholas Winton, who, in 1939, rescued 669 Jewish children from the horrors of Nazi persecution. Among them was Jiri Frank — father of Karin Lechner — whose presence can be glimpsed in family photos throughout the video. He is one of the central figures in this deeply personal project. «Nicky’s Children» is a powerful journey through courage, memory, family and the enduring legacy of music passed down through generations.
